This heavy-duty truck offers a choise of two hardworking, heavy-duty engines designed to help you take on your daily duties. The gasoline-powered 6.6L V8 engine offers 401 horsepower and 464 lb.-ft. of torque, while the Duramax 6.6L turbo-diesel V8 pushes 445 horsepower and 910 lb.-ft. of torque. The gas engine delivers power to the ground through a durable 6-speed heavy-duty transmission, and the diesel delivers through an Allison 10-speed transmission.

The All-New Silverado HD comes ready to work straight from the factory. It offers and integrated Power Takeoff (PTO) package on the Allison transmission and dual alternators on both engine options to make it easy to power the accessories you need for commercial applications. It was also designed with lower bedside walls for more trailer clearance for fifth-wheel and gooseneck towing, and a modular front end to make mounting easier than ever.
